Grant Funding
Disability Grant funding and Technology and Services Grant funding is available to all students who are eligible for Student loans who have the required disability documentation. Disability documentation can come in the form of a Psycho-educational Assessment or a Disability Verification form (DVF). DVF' can be found on your provincial loan application sites.
Adaptive Technology
Adaptive Technology allows students with disabilities to have the option to attend educational institutions and participate level playing field.
Keyano offers a wide range of software options that help support many disabilities. These software’s are free to all Keyano college students regardless of ability. These include the Read and Write (Text to Speech) software available for download at the following website. Students can install the software and sign in using their Keyano username and password.

Keyano also offers all students free Microsoft 365 access. Many of these software’s have accessible features that can be used by students with disabilities. The software can be downloaded through your online Keyano student file, easily found through your Keyano email.
