Apply to credit programs
Students interested in credit programs are required to apply using the province-wide online application at ApplyAlberta. We start processing your application on the date we receive it, so we recommend applying as early as possible.
Please login to your MyKeys (mykeys.keyano.ca) to view your application status.

For most programs, applications are accepted beginning at 12:00 PM MST October 1 for the next Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring semester for domestic students only. Applications for international students on 12:00 PM MST November 1st. Please submit your application as soon as possible as many programs fill up quickly.

Submit your application |
Apply online through ApplyAlberta and choose Keyano College as your institution of choice. You must pay a non-refundable $54 (domestic) or $107 (international) application fee with a credit card to submit your application. If you choose to apply to more than one program, you must submit another application. |
Submit your official transcripts |
Current high school students should submit copies of their first and second semester of enrolment to admissions@keyano.ca. If you attended high school or post-secondary in Alberta - your official transcripts will be requested on your behalf upon application. If you attended high school or post-secondary outside of Alberta - you will need to contact your high school and/or post-secondary institution to request official transcripts be sent directly to the Office of the Registrar. |
After you apply |
You will receive a MyKeys Admission Portal invite to your personal email. Please select the Access Portal link on email, it will direct you to the portal and there you can create your password for your MyKeys Account. MyKeys Admission Portal Instructions can provide further information on the portal.

Apply to Continuing Education programs
Keyano Continuing Education & Extended Studies offers programs and courses to help develop your professional skills, provide professional certificates and designations, or prepare you for a career in the trade industries. We offer our courses, programs, workshops, and seminars in-class, online or through blended delivery.
Familiarize yourself with the specific course information including prerequisites needed, such as assessments, licenses, credentials, etc.

Apply to Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC)
Call 780-598-7907 or visit the Keyano College LINC Office to book an appointment for an English language assessment.

View the scholarships and bursaries available through Keyano College. There are also awards and scholarships available through the Government of Alberta.
