Deferral Information

Prior to March 22nd, 2024 International students accepted into a program were allowed one deferral per application submission. This allowed student to move their application and admission deposit to the next available intake, admission deposit become non-transferable, non-refundable at the time of deferral request.

Effective March 22nd, 2024, International student will no longer be able to request deferrals. This alternation in deferral procedures is a result of the recently introduced IRCC regulations declared on January 22nd, 2024. The introduction of Provincial Attestation Letters (PALs) has constrained our ability to accommodate deferral requests. International student unable to attend their scheduled intake, please reach out to admissions@keyano.ca and inform them that you would like to decline/withdraw from your program.  If you are interested in attending in a later intake, please view the Upcoming Intakes drop down to view currently open program and intakes still accepting applications.
