We value our partnership with international agencies in representing Keyano College to prospective students worldwide. However, please note that our application process for agents is currently closed. We understand the importance of your role in connecting students with educational opportunities, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.

Request for Proposals (RFP)

All public post-secondary institutions in Alberta are agencies of the Province of Alberta. As such, we are required to conduct open, fair, and objective competitive procurement processes for services provided to us. In order to comply with these trade agreements, we have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP’s) from eligible international student recruiting agents. We are required to go through this process, and we sincerely hope to continue our relationship with you. We are required to provide all agents in the market the opportunity to provide proposals to us. So please provide proposals to us to ensure we can include you/your organization in the upcoming objective selection process.

The RFP is a long document - Appendix B of the RFP summarizes the information we require. This is a good summary of our requirements that will hopefully help you more easily complete your full proposal to us.

Our existing contract with you will continue until this RFP process is finalized.
