Teen Weight Trainers

This program introduces youth, ages 13-15, to the foundations of weight training. This includes: 
  1. How to train safely and effectively.
  2. Importance of warming up and benefits of a cool-down.
  3.  Introduction to our machines and free weights.
  4. Better understanding of movement mechanics
  5.  Education on body composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance

Graduates gain confidence and acquire understanding of weight lifting. Teen Weight Trainers is a prerequisite for ages 13-15 to use the Fitness Centre.
