Your Theatre Experience

• Exchanges are available for Suncor Center Stage performances only.
• Tickets must be associated with a Patron Account in our ticketing software or have an original receipt.
• Patrons must contact the Keyano Box Office via phone (780-791-4990) or email (boxoffice@keyano.ca) up to 4 hours before the performance start.
• A $5.50 transaction fee will apply.
• Subscription and Flex Pass holders pay no fee to exchange their tickets.
• If the value of the tickets is different between performances:
• Patron will pay the higher difference
• Keyano Theatre will offer a donation credit or account credit on lower differences.

We are so confident in the quality of our performers that we will stand behind them with a satisfaction guarantee.  Our performers are carefully screened and evaluated before being hired.  If their performance does not meet that expectation, poor quality sound issues or a performer engages in offensive content without warning we will try to make it right.

Contact the Keyano Box Office via phone (780-791-4990) or email (boxoffice@keyano.ca) within 48 hours of the performance start with the reason for dissatisfaction.  A member of our team will follow up with options to exchange to a new performance as we really do want you to be entertained.  If a suitable performance is not available other options will be presented.    

Eligibility 

• Applicable only to Suncor Center Stage performances.
• Tickets must be associated with a Patron Account in our ticketing software or have an original receipt.
• Patrons must contact the Keyano Box Office via phone (780-791-4990) or email (boxoffice@keyano.ca) within 48 hours of the performance start with their reason for dissatisfaction.

• Refunds will include the ticket price, fees, and GST.
• A $5.50 administrative fee applies per transaction.
• Tickets purchased as part of a KTC Subscription or Flex Pass are exempt from administrative fees.

Exchange options:

• Exchange for another Suncor Center Stage performance.
• Donation credit to Keyano Theatre Angels program. See our Angels benefits for more information. 
• Gift certificate/account credit.

Method of Refund:

• Refunds processed to the original method of payment.
• Cash refunds issued as a cheque.
• If the original payment method is inaccessible, refunds will be issued by cheque.

• These refunds or exchange requests must be authorized by the Lessee representative and may vary between performances.
• If approved, options for exchange or refund will be presented.

• If a performance is cancelled and rescheduled patrons will be offered tickets to the new date.
• In the event there is no new date for the performance or it is not suitable for the patron the tickets will be refunded with no additional fees.
