Deni Ruiz - Director, People & Culture
Deni Ruiz joined the Keyano College team in 2023, bringing over 15 years of progressive experience in all disciplines of HR with expertise in employee and labour relations, employee cycles planning and execution, compensation, training & development and performance management.
Deni holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction with a Major in Human Resource Management and is a proud active member of CPHR Alberta. She has a proven track record in building talent strategies with focus on continuous improvement, safety and effective change management in all sizes of organizations. Deni joined us from Suncor Energy where she held several positions for the last 10 years, most recently as a Sr Leader Services Advisor where she advised and coached all levels of leaders on Employee Relations/Labour Relations, Employee Retention, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Change, Culture and Strategic initiatives and organizational design.
