Keyano Theatre & Arts Centre reserves the right to refuse refunds for any theatre ticket purchase. We are only able to refund tickets under the following conditions:

a) show cancellation

b)  postponement or schedule change.

Keyano  Box Office requires the tickets and receipt be returned to the box office before a refund is granted.

Drama series tickets may be exchanged to an alternate date for the same production, pending availability.
