Registration

Register for Camp Mocikan online, by calling 780-791-7792, or visit the Guest Services desk at the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Center at 9908 Penhorwood Street. In order for your child to attend camp, we ask that the registration form be filled out prior to attendance. Children can register for as many or as few 1 week sessions as they desire. Registration is $250.00/week/camper.

Costs

We will be offering 8 weeks of Camp Mocikan. Every week of camp we will provide supervision from 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Included in the cost of camp will be 10 hours of supervision a day, access to all facilities and program equipment, a hot lunch and 2 snacks each day, one trip to Borealis a week, one trip to the pool each week and one t-shirt for every week of camp that you attend.

Refunds/Discounts

All refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee per week. Refunds will only be considered if they are requested at least 4 days in advance of camp beginning (By 5:00pm the Wednesday prior to camp starting). If a refund is requested for a medical reason, a pro-rated refund can be given at any time if a doctor's note is provided. This rule will also be followed if, for some reason, your child is asked to not attend camp anymore. Any extraordinary circumstances will be dealt with on a case by case basis by the Camp Director. Should an injury or incident occur that results in your child missing camp it is expected that the Camp Director will be notified. If no one is available please leave a message at (780) 792-5649.

Incomplete Weeks

A prorated registration fee is available for late registration; however, can only be applied during that week of camp if space is available.. You can not register early at a prorated amount. Fee will be based on number of days left in camp and pending registration numbers.
