Your results will be reviewed with you and our certified staff will help you identify your future goals and establish what steps are next in your fitness journey.

Individual Program Design & Consultation
One of our certified trainers will help you develop a detailed exercise plan, designed to help achieve your fitness goals. This package includes up to 45 minutes consultation pertaining to goal setting and program design. The trainer will then take you through the program twice so that you are confident and on your way to accomplishing your fitness goals.

Individual Program Design & Fitness Appraisal
Our wellness specialist will use the information gathered from your 1.5 hour fitness appraisal to design a personal exercise program specific to your needs. The trainer will take you through the program twice so that you are confident and on your way to accomplishing your fitness goals.
