Let your children jump until their hearts are content in our large 5 in 1 Bouncy Castle (jumping, basketball, obstacle course, stairs and giant slide). A fun and active party experience, your party will be the talk of the school long after the celebrating is done. Party fees include 1 hour in the bouncy castle and 1 hour in one of our party rooms. Breastfeeding Support & Information Sessions: A drop-in support group for breastfeeding moms to get together and share information, and support each other in their experience. Each week will contain relevant and up-to-date information on breastfeeding.

If you ever wondered how boxers get into great shape, this class will show you how. This class is a total body workout that involves NO PUNCHING / NO CONTACT WITH OTHERS. Armed with wave masters and pads, you'll be taken on a series of intense punching drills guaranteed to tone up those arms and shoulders. If you think it's all upper body -think again. Our instructors will target those legs and abs throughout the hour long 1000 calorie an hour burning training session to ensure an overall body workout that's second to none!

An educational program for expectant mothers, whether it's your first or subsequest pregnancy and you want to breastfeed. It is an interactive practical session: importance of mother's milk, breastfeeding is normal, understanding the challenges, skin-to-skin contact, physiological& psychological benefits, recognizing & overcoming problems, medications, myths, costs of formula, and how to get support. Empowers you so you and your baby can win.

Interval training is a great way to get fit for all fitness levels. With intervals you teach yourself how to challenge yourself. Participants will gain not only result but confidence in their workouts. This class will take you through intervals that will work your cardio and test your strength you will feel yourself having more energy and more stamina by the end of the session.

Bring your baby & have some fun! This is a class for moms with babies 4 weeks to 6 months of age. You will learn gentle exercises to practice with your baby as well as stretching and strengthen exercises for yourself. This class offers an opportunity to bond with your baby, as well as to meet other moms and babies in a small class format. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket to each class.

This fitness boot camp program is ready to take your fitness routine to a new level. It is specifically designed to integrate tough work- outs with the support and motivation of a team. The activities are challenging and each day of boot camp is unique. All activities are outdoors and held at outdoor areas near Sport & Wellness Centre.
•Competition is encouraged and trying your best is mandatory.
•Individual and team workouts push everyone on their own level.
•The classes are hard, but everyone tries their best and is expected to perform at their own level
Weather you are an 'avid exerciser', ' planning for a wedding', or 'shaping yourself up beach body' this class has something to offer to everyone niche.
Meeting point will be at SSWC entrance, please ensure if you are dropping in that you have your drop in tag ready to go at the meeting point.
Classes will take place indoor in the case of lightning!

Developed by our Huskies coaches in conjunction with MAC Basketball, this program provides a fun and exciting introduction to the sport of basketball. Through basic skill development and modified games, your child will be on their way to enjoying this great sport and becoming the next Steve Nash! Students will be divided into smaller groups based on their age level.

Pounce on down to the Sport & Wellness Centre for an afternoon of fun! Filled with all the toys, mats and balls you could ever want. This is a great opportunity for children to socialize with others their age and for parents to meet and mingle. Stay for the entire time or come and go as the schedule allows. Note: this is a parent supervised program.

Topics include: Normal labour & delivery, possible interventions - including Caesarean sections, pain relief options, stages of labour - how the partner can assist, your new born baby, expectations about parenthood, practical advice on breastfeeding and benefits and factual information on formula
Videos, both animation and real life stories are shown and are complimented with interactive sessions. It is a great time to meet and get to know other moms and dads and share your new experiences. Price includes expectant mothers and their support person/coach.

Yoga is a safe a effective form of exercise for pregnant women. In this class you will learn some gentle exercises for improving your strength and flexibility, as well as some relaxation techniques. No prior experience necessary. Take some time for yourself in a nurturing environment, while preparing for the birth of your baby. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket to class.

Taijinquan is a Chinese internal martial art recognized by its slow, gentle, continuous movements and renowned for its health benefits. It enphasizes relaxation, mindful breathing, and movement coordination to maintain the continuity and flow of qi, thereby improving overall health and well-being. The student will be introduced to basic principles, posture, breathing techniques, stances, and a 5 minute Yang style form choreography.

This program introduces youth (teens), ages 13-15 to the foundations of weight training including machines, free weights and weight room etiquette. Graduates gain confidence, understanding of weight lifting and is a prerequisite to use the Long Boat Landing Fitness Centre. Teens working out in the fitness centre must keep his/her TWT ID card on hand at all times.
