This is both normal and important for much more than just growth and nutrition; the protective mechanism of antibodies in human milk. Breastfeeding  has great significant in brain development and emotional maturity. Every day we are making significant discoveries that has bigger impact on our communities.

Vilia has been teaching the prenatal childbirth classes at the Keyano College Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre for four years and has made great strides in providing an excellent program, building confidence and enabling couples to have a positive birthing experience. She has also done voluntary work for over four years in the Fort McMurray area helping mothers and babies. She has great understanding of the challenges mothers face on a daily basis and how to overcome these obstacles.  Her style of presentation is informal, fun and interactive.
