Pre and Post Natal Education

Congratulations, you're going to be a parent!  Whether it is your first or fifth time preparing for the birth of your child, this is an exciting and emotional time.  The Sport & Wellness Department offers a variety of prenatal opportunities including education classes, yoga and fitness programs as well as 2nd time refresher courses and prenatal reunions.  While the goal of each program is to help you focus on your pregnancy and upcoming labour and birth, they also have a social function, serving as a great place to meet other parents-to-be, an opportunity to share and ask questions as well as potentially creating a new network of friends for play dates and strolls in the park.
