The Clearwater Campus is located downtown Fort McMurray and is home to the Office of the Registrar, Library, financial services, bookstore and the majority of our academic and trades program areas.

It is also home to the Theatre & Arts Centre, the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre and the Syncrude Technology Centre and is completely equipped with a free wireless network.
