Our College has a lot to offer its students, including relevant academic and trades-related programs, with curriculum that is designed to meet the needs of our growing learning community and expanding economy; flexible learning pathway design that leads to degrees, diplomas and certificates that are, in most cases, transferable across the Alberta post-secondary education system; state-of-the-art teaching and learning technology that effectively facilitates the achievement of key learning outcomes; a music conservatory program that has become a community highlight; a first-class fitness and recreational facility in the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre; a new campus in Fort Chipewyan; and a new website that will enable us to reach-out and communicate more effectively with alumni, students, parents, employers and other stakeholders. We are excited about the future at Keyano College because we are working hard to bring about the changes that our students, faculty and community stakeholders have been asking for. These changes include updating and incorporating innovative designs in our existing diploma and certificate programs as well as strategically repositioning our program and service offerings to meet the challenges being experienced by our academic, practitioner and stakeholder advisory groups.
