Cost of living allowance for all permanent, project or part-time    positions. $1040.00 per month on top of salary; is to be reviewed yearly. 

 

 

Free membership to Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre for all permanent employees, discounted rate for dependant family members.

 

 

Tuition waiver per semester for employee and for dependants.

 

 

 

Professional Development funding is provided by the college to its employees.  Approval via appropriate committee.

 

 

Paid holidays.  Depending on position and to be used as acquired.

 

 

 

Free Christmas week.  All employees get the period between Christmas and New Year off.

 

 

Supplemental Health Coverage starts on your first day of employment. Includes Drug and Vision coverage.  Keyano College also provides Health Spending Account of $250 per year (calendar).  This is to top up the regular benefits.

Pension plan through LAPP is effective from first day of work Keyano matches your contribution plus 1%.
