Wanda Philipow, RPR

Wanda received her Business Administration Diploma from Keyano College in 1989. She is a Registered Professional Recruiter with APRC. Wanda joined Keyano College in 1986 and the HR team in 2008.
Wanda is responsible for:
- Delivers all facets of recruitment & selection for the College including entry level, professional and technical trades positions
- Preparation & placement of position advertisements internally & externally for print and web-based
- Chairing selection panels in the interview process
- Planning, organization & attendance of Career Fairs
- Provide support to the Human Resources Advisor on recruitment activities
- Job Fact Sheet evaluations for new positions and changes
- Reclassification meetings and negotiations.
- Maintaining records for all requisitions, advertising, recruitment transactions and job fact sheet records
- Ad hoc recruitment requests from the college, presentations for students etc.
- Understanding and execution of correct recruitment processes for three collective agreements within College staff.

Gail received her B.A. Recreation Administration (numerous business classes) and M.A. (Candidate) from University of Alberta. Gail joined Keyano College in 2012 as part of the HR team.
Gail is responsible for:
- Delivering all facets of recruitment for entry level, professional and technical job openings relating to recruitment and selection
- Maintain records for all requisitions, advertising and recruitment transactions
- Organize Career Fairs for Human Resources
- Maintain Human Resources website on the Intranet
Mary Ann Campbell

Mary Ann received her Office Administration Diploma from Keyano College in 2009. Mary Ann joined Keyano College in 2007 and the HR Team in 2009.
Mary Ann is responsible for:

Attendance/Absence Management
- Record and track absence reports for all College employees
- Troubleshoot discrepancies
- Answer employee inquires concerning vacation entitlements & sick leave

- Work with Avanti to implement system

- Provide backup support for the Administrative Assistant

Vanessa received her Microcomputer Specialist Diploma Program from The Career Academy, St. John’s, NL in . Vanessa joined Keyano College in 2011 as part of the HR team.
Vanessa is responsible for:
- Administrative support to the Human Resources department and will be responsible for the day to day activities as it relates to the greeting and receiving of faculty, staff, students, the general public and will act as back-up to perform various HR duties for other HR team members on an as needed basis.
