- In 10 seconds, you will see a dialogue box on your screen which looks like this graphic.
- In the User name field you must remember to type the following:
KEYANO\your.username
- Note: that's a backslash character following the word 'KEYANO'.
- The credentials expected here are the same username and password you use to login to a computer on-campus (and your webmail).
