The Network provides accessibility to services, education and resources that encourage self-responsibility in Albertans to adopt active, healthy lifestyles. Be Fit for Life Professionals are committed to providing fitness and lifestyle programs and services to schools, communities and workplaces. These services are specifically designed to provide active living education to meet the needs of a specific target group.
